Sunday Train Schedules Naples to Sorrento

Our upcoming visit to Naples is on a Sunday..We would like to take the train to Sorrento and return by hydrofoil..Does the train and hydrofoil schedule change on Sunday? Are the shops and restaurants open in Sorrento? Thanks in advance for passing along information.
