Castle Hotels/Accomodations near London/Southampton?

I was wondering if any of you could help me find or know of any castle accomodations nearby London or Southampton. We will be arriving 2 days prior to our cruise sailing out of Southampton and would love to spend two nights in a medieval castle/hotel/B&B.

 

I tried searching for a few but only found some located very far from London/Southampton.

Only one I can find in the South of England is The Amberley Castle Hotel in Arundel, West Sussex. Web page certainly shows a castle.Roughly an hour and a halfs drive from Southampton and the same from Heathrow. Its site is

However, prices are to say the least, a bit steep.
