Tipping or gratuites?

could anyone tell me about tipping in Princess cruises? Are they the same whether the ship sails in the caribbean (or any other itineraries near the States) or in Europe? thank you

hehehe geoff.......:D wasnt going to but what the heck. out of interest i did check out the different shipping lines Carnival owns re tipping and it made quite interesting reading......Princess, Carnival and Holland America are all auto...same amount where ever.......Costa has varying amounts eg: $10 US cruising €6 in Europe less than 8 days and €4.50 longer cruises:eek:..... Seabourn is the winner "tipping is neither required nor expected"
