Mango Marscapone Recipe?

I think I'm obsessed with this dish. It was served at the Lido cafe on embarkation day on the Victory and I developed a taste for it. I bought marscapone on a whim at the store today and I was hoping that someone out there in CC land could help me recreate or approximate the recipe. Pretty please?

Try one of those copycat recipe sites or do a search engine recipe search. I would bet somewhere out there in cyberland is the one you're looking for. I've found all kinds of great recipes online.
