Britain cruise - pics of wales & ireland

Hi all... just got back from the Grand Princess British Isles cruise and have started putting a few photos together from shore excursions... thought you might want to have a look if you're planning places to go.

 

So far I've got pics of Wales (Snowdonia and Conwy Castle, part of a tour with Busybus) and Ireland (Princess shore excursion to Glendalough).

Hello again! Just finished up a photo show of pics from our stop in Belfast and thought you might want to have a look.

 

We took a full-day tour with Mini-Coach which started with a quick photo stop overlooking the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, continued on a scenic drive along the Antrim Coast (although we didn't get out of the coach to take pics there), spent a few hours at the magnificent Giant's Causeway, then a quick photo stop at the cliffside Dunluce Castle and finally a fascinating tour of Belfast.

we did indeed call at Belfast aboard Grand Princess July 8 and saw all of that and more... the disappearing lake, cliffside caves, the Titanic boat, Antrim Coast scenery we didn't bother shooting from the bus... in one day, thanks to Mini-Coach Tours. An oustanding full-day tour from 8:15 to 4:30. We saw so much but the pace was not hectic, our guide had delightful stories, and the price (30 pounds sterling) was the bargain of the century.

 

definitely a high point of our trip!
