Parking at NY - Manhattan terminal

I'm cruising on the Dawn on 07/28 from NJ/Philly area and was wondering where the closest parking garage to the ship dock is.

I'm cruising on the Dawn on 07/28 from NJ/Philly area and was wondering where the closest parking garage to the ship dock is.

 

 

There are huge parking lots right at the pier run by the Port Authority. None closer...

Parking at the pier in Manhattan is $24.00 per day or $180 for cruises 8 to 12 nights.

The parking lots are rooftop, just follow the ramp up that's beside your ship....you will easily see it and there are signs as well. You can drop the luggage off with a porter before you drive up the ramp to the parking level. Security will stop your vehicle and do a thorough search using a dog. This will take a few minutes. Once you park, just take the rooftop elevator down into the main concourse and there will be lots of people there to direct you to where you need to go for check-in. Plan to arrive early, traffic was really backed up when we went on our Spirit cruise last March. Also, we thought we were quite early and we got virtually the last parking spot!
