Aruba Snorkel

Where is the best place to snorkel in Aruba? We prefer to be off a beach.

I would take an excursion to DePalm Island. The water is crystal clear with lots of coral and fish. We had a great time. Be sure to enter the hermit crab races and you might win a T-shirt. I'm sure we'll probably do this again the next time we go.
