Hi,

We will be stopping in your beautiful island on Sunday August 5.I understand that all the shops except some at the Dockyard will be closed:( So my question to you is,I have always purchased the "Bermuda Colours calender " by Diana at the bookstore in Hamilton . Do you know if the Dockyard will have them  or where I might find them?

Thank you

Liz

hi liz, which bookstore? i live close to hamilton and work out of dockyard. i could stop by the bookstore and look for your calendar, then see if i can find it in dockyard. bermuda bookstore is on queen street, within sight of the birdcage on front street, then there's the bookstore upstairs of the phoenix pharmacy on reid street which has moved across the street to brown&co, in the old smith's department store building

This is definitely available in Dockyard. I'm looking at a stack of them as we speak. Places that carry are:

Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard

Bermuda Craftmarket

Bermuda Bookstore (in Clocktower)

Hope this helps!

hmmm...

recently i've been to the aquarium (i go there at least once a year)

staggering up and down front street (i always stagger between 1am and 6am)

at the beach bar at 9 beaches last night

spearfishing off of dockyard last week (i try to go at least twice a month)

hamilton police station for some r&r (they seem to get me every other year!)

at home online helping you all to hopefully have a better time when you get here(wife's mad cos i don't let he touch the 'puter anymore)

in par-la-ville park drawing a detailed map of the bermuda triangle so people won't get lost in it (just joking about the police station)
