RCI Transfer or Super Shuttle?

My family is sailing on the Vision of the Seas for Thanksgiving. Some of us are driving down from Northern California the day before and will be staying at the Crowne Plaza. My 20 and 16 year old daughters will fly down the morning of the cruise. My concern is what would be best for my daughters. Which one will be easier to find at LAX? If they take Super Shuttle, should I have them meet us at the hotel or have them wait in front of the terminal building? We will be in contact via cell phones. Thanks.
