Westin Ft Lauderdale?

I got caught up in the thrill of the Priceline game and ended up winning the Westin Ft Lauderdale, which wasn't what I was looking for. It appears to be a lot farther from both the airport and cruise ship terminal than I really wanted to be. And to make matters worse, my "winning" bid (total) was $116 and the Westin's lowest rate on their website is $109 (total)! Also, it doesn't look like they have an airport shuttle, or transportation to the port. Any ideas on how much it will cost for a taxi from the airport to the hotel, and hotel to the port? I am considering just forfeiting the money I paid to Priceline and booking another hotel of my choosing, but I really don't have money to throw away. I welcome any of your thoughts and opinions, particularly if you have stayed at the Westin Ft. Lauderdale. Would you stick with the Westin or throw away $116 and rebook somewhere closer?
