Menus

We still get the entire set... On the Noordam III final voyage, the folder was signed by the Captain, Hotel Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and a couple others... I also have a complete set from the Noordam IV inaugural.

I usually let the D/R steward know (early in the voyage), or ask the concierge and I always get a complete set.

Suite passengers can just save them as they are handed out to the cabins daily.

Maybe for a "set" with folder - it's just upon request.

On our Alaska cruise 3 years ago, we were able to buy a souvenir set that included a nice folder that contained all the menus, and a commemorative bottle of wine. I didn't ask about it last year, so I don't know if it was still available then.:)

When we went to Alaska in 8/05, we asked our head waiter for a set of the menus at the last dinner. He was only able to give us a set of dinner menus, not lunch. It didn't seem to be a problem for them, but I think you need to request a set.

We've gotten them upon request every time - not just when we asked the concierge. :)

If you give the staff a few days notice, they will most likely accomodate you. If you ask on the last night at dinner, it may be difficult.

When I get them from the D/R steward, I usually slip him and extra $10 for the trouble.
