Moped Rentals near POAL port

Thinking about renting mopeds when we are in port on a couple of days. Anybody know where? How old do you have to be because we have a 17-year old with us? Are they close to the cruise ports?

Sorry I don't know of any rental places near any of the ports. One caveat, all of the Islands are subject to frequent showers, so you may get wet. Really the only Island I remember seeing mopeds on was Oahu and then that was around Waikiki. Recommend renting a car, probably cheaper and safer. There were moped rentals not far from the port in Kauai. We saw people riding by as we boarded our shuttle to our rental car. If you take a right outside the security gate there appeared to be a rental place on the left side of the road within walking distance of the ship.

There were also a few mopeds in Kona that people were riding but I don't know where they rented them from.
