Rental car drop off in NYC

Does anyone know of a rental car agency located near the Manhattan cruise terminal?

We were on the Miracle just a few weeks ago. We rented a car from Budget. THey had several NY locations. I called and asked them the closed to the Manhatten cruise terminal and I think the one they gave me was 12ths st? I have the info at home. It was only a few blocks away. My husband dropped me and the kids off and then he dropped the car off and took a cab back. Cab fare $6. When we got off the ship we all took cabs (2 of them) to the car rental to pick up our rental to drive back to Md. Overall very easy.
