Motion issues on MiDushi or Jolly Pirates?

We will be in Aruba on the Emerald Princess in January. We are looking for a fun excursion and either MiDushi or the Jolly Pirates seems like fun. Is the water around Aruba normally very choppy? Are the MiDushi or Jolly Pirates boats very "wild" with movement? I do ok on cruise ships (with help from the patch) but small boats are sometimes too much if it is very wavy. Also, is the water around Aruba very clear? I appreciate any input on your experiences.
