Nature Trails on Half Moon Cay

We will be going to Half Moon Cay in Sept., and we would like to do some hiking or bike riding. I have read that there are some nature trails, but I have not found any information about them. Has anyone walked the trails, and do you know if we can rent bikes to ride on our own? Thanks for any info.
