Hotel Day passes for cruise passengers on the Eastern Carribean RCCL itinerary

we are going on th RCCL Jewel of the seas on 01/12/08 going to st thomas, st marteen, san juan, tortola British Virgin Islands, and Nassau and am hoping we can get information on hotels that offer day passes for a fee.

 

I am not a beach person by nature, but the idea of having hotel services and access to pools the beach and other human conforts is very appealinf. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated

I am not aware of any at these particular ports but these kinds of questions come up quite frequently on the ports of call boards.
