We did the Kayak and Snorkel tour with them in July (Carnival Triumph July 3rd) a fantastic tour, they only do in groups of 8, we were 6 and it was our private group. The kayaks they use are totally different than the plastic ones you are use to , they are inflatable, sit on top of the water, and you glide over the water, our 2 teen boys, tried their best to tip it and couldn't!

 

I really liked the operator/owner of our tour "Homer" he has been on the island since 79, and just got fed up trying to work with the cruise ships, and went out on his own, St Thomas Excursion is a group of independents who share the cost of marketing expense's, under one name.

We used St Thomas Excursions last May for the 3 beach tour, we had a private tour for 6 of us, In all of our tours we have never been to such a private beach as Hull Bay, there was the 6 of us, and maybe 2-3 other small groups, and the "local" bar and restaurant for the "Cheese Burgers " in paradises were great!

We almost felt like we lived there, vs being on a cruise ship. We all had a great time, and got to see 3 very different beaches!

 

We are booking with them for next December, and plan on doing the Kayak excursion, then hang out at Hull Bay for the rest of the day

 

We did the 3 beach snorkel tour with them last May (last cruise)

 

there were six of us, and it was a private tour, we highly recommend them, they were very responsive, and emailed us about 2 weeks out to let us know are ship had been reassigned to Haven sight, with new pick up information. Hull bay is fantastic, no crowds at all
