Jeep & Beach Tour, Snorkeling

We are going to St. Thomas & St. Maarten in September 2008 on RC Mariner of the Seas. We are wondering which island is best for snorkeling. Both islands offer a jeep tour and want to know which one is better.

 

Any help from one who's been on any of these is greatly appreciated!
