Has anyone used Top Tours in Italy?

We will be cruising in mid November and were thinking of using them for Naples, Rome, and Liverno. Can you tell us your experience with them?

Anyone have any info on this company? The price that they quoted is the same for 4, 6. or 8 which is so unlike other companies. Also they said that they do not require a credit card hold. Just wondering if they are reliable.
