Hawaiian NCL cruise-- different rates--different ships

I was curious why the prices for Hawaiian cruises are different between the Pride of America and Pride of Hawaii, when comparing the same date range? Sometimes it's only $100 but other times it's thousands cheaper (suite). The Pride of Hawaii has the cheaper rates.

I'm new to NCL and Hawaii. I've cruised Princess to Alaska and Carnival to Western Caribbean.

Thanks

One would think the Pride of Hawaii would have the higher rates, becuase it's newer (although by just one year). But it also has significanly more cabins to sell than the Pride of America, and significanlty more cheaper cabins.

Pride of Hawaii

Total Inside Cabins 405

Total Outside Cabins 783

Cabins & Suites w/ verandas 540

Suites 178 (most)

Pride of America

Total Inside Cabins 229 (least)

Total Outside Cabins 846 (most)

Cabins & Suites w/ verandas 706 (most)

Suites 52

Pride of Aloha

Total Inside Cabins 427 (most)

Total Outside Cabins 572 (least)

Cabins & Suites w/ verandas 257 (least)

Suites 14 (least)

Number of cabins to sell in a finite market determines fares.
