Google Street View Westcoast Cites

Recommended Posts

For those who may not be aware, Google Street View is now available for most areas of San Diego. There are other cities as well, including much of Los Angeles, Seattle and San Francisco

If you go to Google Maps and put in the location address (your hotel, a local attraction, etc.) you will not only be able to see a map (either regular, aerial, or combo) but also can pick Street View and see a photograph of the street view (a 360 photo you can pan and zoom). This may be helpful to see the neighborhood around your hotel before you book.

It is not real-time and the quality of the photography is sometimes not great, but it is not only helpful but fun to play with. For the most part residential streets are not available, but you can easily see on the map which streets are included.
