Good meeting place on the Sensation??

There is a group of about 30 of us on the October 11th sailing of the Sensation.We are working out a meeting place and have decided we will meet after the muster drill.Any suggestions on where.We want to be on deck for the sail away and have a drink.Is there outside space on the sports deck.I can not remember.We sailed her back in 2001,but that seems forever ago.Any ideas would be appreciated.Thanks, Mariann

Great place would be on top of the ship - where the volley ball net is... lots of room for 30 people. We just returned from the Sensation on Saturday and had a GREAT time... watch for Ezekiel one of the waitstaff on the lido deck.. he is from the Phillipines and is as cute as he can be...!!!

We all met in the Polo Lounge, NOBODY else was there, had a picture taken of the group there and then headed outside... it was nice because we could all get drinks easily there and talk, and then head outside...

Does any one in your party have early dinner plans? Your meeting might cut into getting ready. On the VOyager we made plans to meet at 10:15 at night. Everyone is winding down from their excitment getting on the ship. everyone is fed..Nothing is happening on the ship that we dont care if we miss at that time. We turned our first meeting into a wine tasting party--everyone brought their own glass and bottle of wine. It was one of the best meetings we had.

Also another suggestion is to plan a 2nd meeting just in case the people couldnt make it to the 1st one. Lots of times I read how sorry the people were they couldnt make it to the meeting. and state how they wished they could have met etc etc. Second meeting planned for the second sea day at the tea time worked great too. Cozy area. food is served.
