Chocolate company in Adelaide

When in Adelaide we took a tour of a chocolate factory. The owners learned the trade under the Lindt family in Switzerland. The company does not export and sells only in the local area.:( Does anyone know the name or does anyone have the e-mail? Thanking you for your time and interest in the above matter. Haigh's are my most favourite chocolate and we have quite a few shops here in Melbourne. My favourite is the milk chocolate peppermint frogs, they are to die for. I also love all their creams etc. I have taken overseas visitors to their shop in the Block Arcade and they couldn't stop spending. Unfortunately they are made in S.A. so we do not get the chance to go over their factory.
