For the NCL Spirit Repo in November'07 from NYC...

If you're booked for the Spirit 15-day repo cruise beginning on November 3, and are planning (like Barb and me) to arrive on Friday, I'd suggest booking a room ASAP, since that's the weekend of the New York Marathon (race day November 4).

 

Almost everything in Manhattan (that we tried) either (1) are full, or (2) will not book a 1-night stay.

 

We found a room 2 days ago at the LaGuardia Marriot and were happy to get it. We're hoping to drop off our luggage on our early a.m arrival and take a hotel shuttle back to LGA and the regular shuttle into town for the day.
