Carnival transfers from Newark

We just purchased the Carnival transfers from Newark airport to the port for the Victory in Sept.

We have some questions about these transfers.

How easy was it to find the Carnival representative at baggage claim?

What type of vehicle is used?

How long does it take to reach the port?

Must we go thru any security checkpoints prior to entering baggage claim area? (we will be turning in a rental car, not arriving on a flight)
