Bus tours?

Hi all

 

My family will be in San Juan on Labor Day. Are there bus tour operators waiting at the pier as in most ports? Will El Morro be open on a holiday? Will we even have time to get there if we dock at 3pm?

 

We are a family of 7 with teens and a preteen. I would like to be able to take a tour of the island. Do you think one will run at that hour? We want to be able to hit a few shops and later the casino maybe. We leave at midnight. Think we have time for a tour, if one is running, and some shopping?

In regards to Labor Day closings, see below. As to El Morro, I would guess the rules apply as the employees also get the holiday. Any way, it closes at 5pm.
