Parking will be $24 for one day.

 

Impossible to predict which berth as it can change.

It is at the Manhattan Cruise terminal. When you arrive, it will be obvious which particular pier. I think somebody posted a link a day or two ago.

 

It is not the Brooklyn or NY terminals.
