Peter the Great?

Has anyone been in contact with Peter the Great? I have emailed him multiple times and have heard only once from him descrbing the trip and now we are ready to book, but he is not responding. I tried before the Hurricane several times over a 2 week period and have tried a couple after. I really want to do his tour, because it involves a boat and seeing the Pitons from water. Does anyone have another suggestion if I can't get Peter. We want a tour by boat then land then a beach for snorkeling.
