Any tour guides for the ruins, like David & Ivan in CM?

I was planning on using david and Ivan to do a 4 hour tour of the ruins in CM but I dont think we will be going there :rolleyes: Our cruise is 8 mths away but I think it will still be out. In case we do go to Progresso, do they have any tour guides there? Any tours around 4 hours? How much are the tours? We were going to do D&I on there 4 hour tour (we are only onland for 7 hrs) and it was like $43 pp. Anything compare to this in Progresso? Are the ruins pretty much the same as Costa Maya ruins tours?

I'm not sure about David, but Ivan actually does tours all over the Yucatan. I'm sure now he could really use the money from that since there won't be tours out of CM.

There are several tours to ruins and ruins of all sizes.

The tour for Dzibalchaltun runs around 4 hours and cost from $40 to $60.

Uxmal runs 6 or 7 hours and is around $60 to $70.
