Dockside availability of Island tours

I am having no luck with tour companies.

 

An earlier post refers to dockside taxi tours.

 

Can anyone who has been to Bonaire within the last 12months tell me if they noticed taxi/van/minibus tours available at the dock.

 

And if so, can you say where all you visited and approx cost.
