International Call Center or calling card??

We will be staying in St. Lucia for a week sans kids. We will need to call home. Our villa has international calls blocked unless we ask for it to be released and then there is a deposit/etc... Plus I imagine direct calls aren't cheap. Is there a call ctr near Vigie? Is there a place to buy calling cards? There? Or online in advance? What is the going rate per minute?
