You can't buy any Cuban cigars in St. Thomas.....at least not in any legitimate store.

What other ports are u going 2? I know two places 1 in Nassau and 1 in St Martin.

If your port is Crown Bay (Princess, Cunard, HAL), there MAY be cigars at Gourmet Gallery, but I don't think there are any in the few stores that are there.

 

Other lines dock at Havensight, and there's a Discount Tobacco store in the Port of Sale shopping area (the blue buildings next to Havensight).

 

The A.H. Riise liquor store in Havensight may also carry them since they sell them in town. As to whether you'll find Cubans or not, I have no idea.
