IMO, the US government has no standing in regulating the exhaust of ships coming to US ports.

 

Do that, and watch the cruiselines leave for embarcation in Canada, Mexico and the Carib.

 

Airliners do much more environmental damage.

I'd like to see how/where they came up with the claim that ships can pollute as much as 350,000 cars. But notice it reads "can" and not "does." :rolleyes:
