Barbados SB Excursion recommendations

Hi,

 

We went on our first Windstar Cruise this year from St. Thomas in January and we loved it. Didn't book soon enough to go on the St. Thomas cruise again next year (with the Foremast Club) so we're going on the Barbados Southbound cruise. Does anybody have any advice/recommendations on excursions at the variious ports? In which ports should we just skip the excursions and go to the beach? Which beaches are nice at which ports?

 

We found that the most challenging part of the cruise was trying to decide what to do at each port. So many choices, so little time.

I am hoping someone will share this same information about beaches on the SB Barbados voyage. We are not as much interested in organized excursions as we are by a good quiet beach on our own.

Would help if we knew what the ports are. You can also see if you have a Roll Call going
