#ncl star #10585 or #9561

I'm thinking to book the cabin # 10585 or 9561

in NCL star.

Anyone can share some insights for the cabin selection/experience at deck 10 or 9 (ncl star)

we had balcony 10558 and FIL was in the inside room 10553, SIL was on other side of the ship in an inside. we loved it, very easy to get to everywhere. we were between 2 sets of elevators, 2 floors up to the buffet and cagney's. DH and i did the stairs, got great exercise going from the casino to our room.

I'm a little bit worry about #10558 since there is a big open space above it (deck 11) where it could be a pump station for the pool (deck 12 )?

Maybe it is just a storage room (open space at deck 11)?. That will be ideal.
