The Concierge on Brilliance was standing in for Chris while he was on holiday .

Gershwin was brilliant .I hope he is successful in getting a full time post as a Concierge. He has great finesse.

Wasn't he just great. Really smooth and as you say, great finesse.

We haven't met a concierge we didn't like. I thought that Brett was great. Very personable, chatty and a real hard worker. Willy does make a really good martini. We had a little problem with Maritza the first day. She was a little rude. She called us in our room to apologize and from then on her service was excellent.
