Imperial River Cruises - Russian Waterways

Just returned from a Moscow - St. Petersburg cruise. We were promised non-smoking areas, a refurbished boat, and an English speaking crew.

This boat had no non-smoking areas, primitive toilets, no A/C at night. There was no one to complain to about the smoking area as we were the only six Americans on board. Everyone else was Russian, German or Chinese. We seemed to be the only ones speaking English.

We were not advised at the orientation of who we should speak to if there were problems such as the smoking issue.

Web site states River Princess was refurbished in 1966. Swimming pool was a tub of water sitting on the sun deck.
