Alcoholic drinks on Coco Cay

I haven't seen anybody comment on the beverage availability and prices. I was wondering if since it's an RCCL owned island the price of drinks is similar to the ship itself or cheaper. Generally I limit my drinking on the ship and have a few when I get off in port where I can buy beer for a reasonable price.

They are the same price as the ship. Actually, I heard that no one really lives on the island, or maybe only a couple people. Anyways, the prices of the drinks are the same, if you pruchase the pop card on the ship, it is valid on the island. The wait staff from the ships goes over to the island and waits on people and the kitchen staff cooks on the island. The adventure ocean people and the CD staff also go over and entertain.

It is just an extention of the ship, all food and beverage comes from the ship and leftovers are returned at the end of the day. The waiters walk to the beach plus there is a bar. You use your sign and sail card.

They are fabulous, served on the island in a large sport cup with a straw, for about $6.

If you like them, they will also make them at the pool bar for you.

They are absolutely our favorite foo foo drink.

 

Prices for all beverages are the same as on the ship.

Just curious. What is a Coco LOco like? Is it like a pina colada or a daquiri or really fruity or does it have a strong coconut tatse or what?

they aren't all that good. before i went to cococay i heard people raving about them so i got one. it was REALLY sweet. i like a pina colada but this had that artificial / straight from the machine taste. ugh.
