Bringing Tequlia back

Question, Can I bring liquer back from Cozymel back on the plane in my check luggage? or do I need to ship it back?

for your flight home, you can put it in your checked luggage. Just be sure it's padded well.

 

I don't believe shipping it back home is an option. Never tried that, but have definitely brought back my fare share of tequilas since the liquid ban went into place. :D

 

I leave my bottles wrapped up how ever the store handed them to me (usually in newspaper), then stick each bottle in a large ziploc bag. I've had no casualities yet.

I too suggest wrapping it well! Years ago, when I was dating my husband, we flew to cozumel. He decided to bring some bottles home for friends. It was a very bumpy ride and he just threw the bottles in his suit case. One broke and leaked all the contents...worm and all. I am glad we decided on seperate luggage!:D
