Avalon Grand Black Sea Cruise

We are on the 22 day Avalon Artistry river cruise, 26 September - 17 October 2007, with 3 days pre cruise in Prague and 2 days post cruise in Bucharest. Since our wedding anniversary is on the 24th and we will be too busy to celebrate before we leave, we would like to have a nice dinner in Prague on Saturday the 29th. In addition, our travelling friends have a birthday 2 days after we get home and would like to celebrate the event in Bucharest..

We are open to suggestions for appropriate restaurants for these two occasions and for restaurants for lunch in any of the ports along the Danube.

Can't offer any suggestions as far as restaurants, but do check with your program director on your trip. Also you can ask the concierge at the hotels where you stay. We've gotten some good advice from our program directors on a couple of our trips. They are usually pretty knowledgeable.

Awonderful restaurant in Prague that we have gone to on each trip there is Kampa Park. It is pricey but wonderful and worth a memory....go for it!!!!
