Redeeming RCI gift certificate for OBC

I just redeemed a gift certificate for OBC for my upcoming cruise online. The website just thanked me for redeeming it. Is there anywhere on the website that I can actually look to see that it exists or do I just have to have faith that it will be there in my account when I board the ship?

You can't view OBC on the website, so if you redeemed it for this, you can veryify it by calling and asking about it.

I redeemed $300 worth of GC for my Freedom cruise last month and had no problems. You can call RC in a few days and they can verify that they went through. I also took the GC with me along on the cruise just in case.

 

ps ... the credit wont show up on your account until the first full day at sea.

Make sure you take proof along with you just in case it is not there when you board.
