Scooter Rental?

Does anyone have experience with renting scooters in the Hawaiian ports? We would much rather rent a scooter than a car if it is easy enough... We did it in Europe and it was awesome!

I guess you can find anything on-line with Google. What I came up with today is that of the ports have scooter/moped rentals available, but Hawaii law states "only 1 pax per scooter/moped". I guess we'll go to planB and rent a Harley in Kauai and Maui instead! More expensive, but at least we can ride together!
