Liberty 8 day menu ??

I know there has been lots of ?'s about Liberty's 8 day menu. The only one I have really seen is Freedom's 10 day menu. There is one particular entree I am looking for. It is mentioned on the Freedom menu, so trying to find out about Liberty. Its Lobster Thermador. It is one thing my father has always wanted to try, and if anyone who has sailed Liberty knows they serve this on the ship, and which night would let me know, I would appreciate it greatly. We have reservation for Harry's one night, and if it turns out to be that night then I have to change the reservations.

I asked for this menu a few days ago and someone posted a link. Search for "Liberty Eastern 8 day menu" or something like that.

 

I don't recall seeing that dish on the menu, though.

Was on the Liberty a few months ago and it was not offered.

I was on the Liberty two weeks ago and don't recall seeing it either, although it may have been offered the one night I didn't go to the dining room.

did not like the choices very much on the new menu, i only ate in the dining room 3 times on my 8 day cruise.

I was on the Miracle 8 night sailing this June and since the menus are fleetwide, if they had it on the menu it would have been there, but I didn't see it. I even went to look at the link that I have and it was not there. Maybe you saw it on one of the old menus?

I looked at the new George LaBlanc Menu and I am not impressed with it at all. I leave in 22 days on the Liberty and know that I am going to be ordering alcart alot.
