Costa Kids Sail Free question

I booked a sail on Costa - March 30 on Fortuna - for my family and included my mom as with the "Kids Sail Free" program she only cost about $200 more than without her...anyway, my brother and his family would now like to go and fares are about $700 more than I booked last week. I got my cabins (2) CATAGORY 9 for $1777, now the same catagory, actually room next door is $2400. It appears prices went up slightly AND no kids free thing...

 

My question is...will the Kids Free Offer come on again for this sailing, am I out of luck (actually my brother) and/or if they book now at the higher price will there be a possibility of the Kids Free thing coming back on and his receiving a reduction in his fare? Gosh, I sure hate for him to pay the extra $700.

 

Please don't flame me for being "cheap", I just can think of other ways to spend that $700....:rolleyes:
