seattle food tours

Hello seattle-lovers! I would love to do the seattle food tours (dot com) when i'm cruising into seattle this weekend, but it isn't offerred on the day we're there. does anyone know the rough itinerary so I can replicate it on my own (without the "free" food samples obviously?) I thought it would be fun to do a self guided version given we can't join their tour that day.

Based on one review on their website from a week ago, that day they went to Macrina's Bakery, Pike's Place Chowder, Rose's chocolates.... but that's about all that's named in that review. the review talks about a coffee shop (which one?) and a mexican restaurant? I'm sure it varies a bit each time, but this sounds like a great way to spend 1/2 day in Seattle!

Thx.
