chewie44 Posted September 27, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 27, 2007 Hi, I am brand new to cruising. I have a 15 night planned transatlantic cruise with NCL on their new ship the Norwegian Gem in April 2008. My mom and I both have never cruised, and we have never been to Europe, so we are quite excited. What should we know, and what should we not miss, or not bother with on our cruise? Thanks for your input, Chewie44
taxmantoo Posted September 27, 2007 #2 Share Posted September 27, 2007 Welcome aboard! You will love the Gem. You may want to check out the "Roll Call" of other Cruise Critic members sailing with you on the Translatantic. You will get many ideas from them. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=564431 Enjoy !

chewie44 Posted September 27, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted September 27, 2007 I went to the "roll call" and posted my own thread there. It seems there are quite a number of ppl that are going on the trip and some are doing a "meet and greet" when they get onboard. Very cool.... thanks:)
