This will probably sound dumb, but when we go snorkeling, or other water sports at our ports, what should we use to hold our ship key, id, money etc.? Or, since we are using the ship tours will they take care of that stuff? If I need to buy something, any ideas what works best? Thanks a bunch.

We've been using zip lock bags for our ID's and ship keys for years and just put them in a beach bag. Most snorkeling and excursions have a dry place to put your stuff, but certainly no secure place, like a locker. We've never been robbed, so I guess until we do, we'll continue to do that.;)

I always try to buy (mens) swim shorts that have pockets w/velcro closures. I have always just taken several quality ziploc bacgs to keep my room key & money in. And if your room key gets wet it won't hurt it. If your money gets wet it still spends the same. The other option is to buy an inexpensive wallet sized water proof case w/a lanyard
