Has anyone stayed in Luquillo area?

Hi,

 

We would like to spend a week in Puerto Rico after our cruise and prefer a weekly condo rental to a hotel. I need a 3 bedroom rental. I know that ESJ Towers/Condos are in Isle Verde and Isle Verde was my first choice of location. I have read some unfavorable reviews about ESJ Towers/Condos ---does anyone know anything about these? I am also looking at Luquillo as another choice. It is further away but seems like a nice area and there are a couple of hotels/casinos in the area. Loiza seems to be quite close to San Juan - any opinions on that area? I have children in their 20's coming so I dont want to be far from the action....which is why Isle verde was my first choice. Sorry for so many questions! I keep going back and forth - and looking for 3 bedroom condos greatly limits my choices.

Luquillo, which is very nice, it is about one hour from San Juan. Hotels close by are Sol Melia Resort and Rio Mar Resort in Rio Grande, Conquistador in Fajardo. Luquillo is in between these two municipalities (province)
