I'm confused! Luggage Tags

Recommended Posts

I received my electronic documents today and there is a picture of one luggage tag showing the information that should be on your luggage tags. Am I supposed to print more of those out and somehow put those on my luggage? I keep hearing people talk about receiving their luggage tags and I feel like I'm missing something.

You don´t get luggage tags with edocs. Those are only send with the paper docs.

However once getting to the pier the porters will provide luggage tags for you.

If you want to do so, you can print out those luggage tags from the edocs and attach them to your bags (make sure to laminate them). I do that all the time and it works like a charm.

i printed it out, typed up name and cabin number, pasted it on, then copied and laminated them....punched a hole and stuck it on my bag with a cable tie....bags showed up shortly before mustard..OOPS, muster drill! (and the porters at the pier loved it!)

On the flip side of things, if you can carry your bags yourself take the express departure at the end of the cruise and skip the color tags. You'll be off the ship and on your way in about 10 minutes. That by itself is worth the effort.
