San Diego to Lauderdale Oct 28th Celebrity Infinity

Hello, We are doing a full transit Panama Canal cruise leaving from San Diego on Oct 28th on Celebrity Infinity. Can anyone tell us what to expect weather wise, and how rough is the Pacific is at that time of the year. We will be stopping in Acapulco, Cabo, and Hutalca, any recommendations for private tour operators? Thanks, Bob & Debi
